Services we offer

At Pulse Physio, we help people move better.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with an injury that won’t quit, or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your body, we’ll meet you where you’re at and build from there.

Every treatment begins with a detailed assessment and a personalised plan, because no two bodies move the same way.
We believe in collaboration, education, and sustainable results so that you leave each session with confidence, not confusion.

Initial Consult

$120 - 45 mins

Your first appointment is all about understanding your body and your goals.
We’ll start with a detailed history and movement assessment to identify what’s really going on, followed by hands-on treatment and a tailored rehab plan designed specifically for you.

Includes: comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and an individualised exercise program.
Best for: new clients, new injuries, or anyone wanting clear answers and a practical plan forward.

Follow-up Consult

$99 - 30 mins

These sessions build on your initial plan.
We’ll review your progress, adjust your exercises, and continue treatment to keep you moving toward full recovery or improved performance.

Includes: targeted treatment, exercise progression, and load management to support consistent improvement.
Best for: ongoing rehab, chronic pain management, or athletic performance maintenance.

Rehab Class

$30 - 60 mins

A small-group class (maximum 3 people) supervised by a physiotherapist.
Each person follows their own tailored rehab or strength program with professional guidance throughout the session.

Includes: ongoing supervision, program progression, and form correction to ensure safe and effective training.
Best for: injury recovery, return to sport, or maintaining strength and mobility long term.

Prehab Class

$15 - 45 mins

Designed for healthy individuals who want to move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury.
These sessions focus on building resilience, improving joint control, and enhancing overall fitness — ideal for people who play social sports or want to stay active and capable.

Includes: guided strength and mobility exercises, movement coaching, and education on body awareness and prevention.
Best for: anyone looking to improve performance, reduce injury risk, or support their active lifestyle.
